The customer service is absolutely atrocious! I have tried multiple avenues of contacting them in order to cancel my service. No response from anything! Nobody answers the phone and there is no way to do it online. This is ridiculous. Do not use them. There are so many other companies that will make it easy for you to use or dismiss their services.

You have no idea how appreciative we are to cantastic. We are guardians to our mama dog and her last litter left our can in bad shape. My garbage can and recycling can look and smell amazing! I was worried about cleaning my garbage can myself because I didn’t want to send all the bacteria down the gutter by my neighbors’ houses—they have pets and small children and I didn’t want to add bacteria to my yard by dumping contaminated water out in my backyard—I also didn’t want to use a whole bunch of bleach. This was a great solution. It was not our recycling pick up week, but the technician bagged up our recycling and cleaned the can and then put the recycling back in. It was a win-win.

Cantastic did an amazing job cleaning my garbage cans. So professional and super fast. My bins look and smell so much better now — I didn’t think it was possible!
